Traditional Sports Taping

Traditional taping is a form of taping that has been used in the sporting world for years.  It is applied to restrict movement, support joints and inhibit muscle activation. 



This type of taping is often used to prevent re-injury by restricting the range of movement. Preventing the joint from achieving its full range which may cause injury or cause further damage.



If a ligament or muscle has been injured then we can apply this taping to take the load off these structures.

Kinesiology Taping

Some people feel that kinesiology taping is an integral part of their sport, training and preparation. It is applied to an area to provide support & assist muscle activation. 

It is very comfortable to wear and does not restrict movement. It assists with circulation and assists with nerve stimulation. 

It is also used to help recovery and rehabilitation by assisting with reducing swelling and correcting posture.
